By accessing or using PitchArchitect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
PitchArchitect provides tools for building AI super agents, discovering government contracting opportunities, generating proposals and compliance matrices, managing marketing content, and supporting fundraising and operational growth. We offer a pay-per-build option and an unlimited subscription, billed through Stripe.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your credentials. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. One-time builds are charged per use. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service, or using it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes. Generated content is provided to assist your work; you are responsible for reviewing and validating all output before use.
PitchArchitect and its original content, features, and design are the property of PitchArchitect. Content you create using the platform remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to generate your requested output.
PitchArchitect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
