PitchArchitect ("we", "us", "our") operates the platform at pitcharchitect.org and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using PitchArchitect, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and company details when you create an account or contact us. We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, features used, and device information, to operate and improve the platform. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never store your full card number on our servers.
We use your information to provide and maintain the service, process transactions, send account and product communications, respond to support requests, and improve features and performance. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When you choose AI-enhanced builds, you may connect your own provider API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). These keys are stored securely with your account and used only to fulfill your requests. PitchArchitect does not share your provider keys with any third party.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from the AI Settings page, which removes your records and stored credentials from our systems.
